REO TRANSACTION PROTOCOL
National OPI can assist in facilitating transactions and is NOT a Broker. Because of misrepresentations by many so-called brokers and daisy chains, we do NOT supply a Letter of Authorization (LOA).
What we do is present Buyer’s Soft Proof of Funds directly to Seller’s attorney.
Soft Proof of Funds Required! (Due to the current increase of daisy chains and groups claiming to be buyers, legitimate sellers are requiring to talk to at least the buyer’s attorney to make sure buyer is a real legitimate buyer before non-sanitized portfolio tapes are released) no bank account information Is required at this time.
Documents are presented to a Seller only after we and the facilitating attorney has determined wheather the Buyer meets the required qualifications.
If a Seller determines to do business with a Buyer, then the Seller attorney or representative will contact the Buyer and/or facilitating attorney directly.
If the Seller and Buyer agree to proceed, the process will be as follows:
• The portfolio will be compiled usually within 5 - 10 business days or less depending on size.
• Buyer will have a due diligence period of at least 5 -7 business days.
• Buyer will be expected to close immediately after the due diligence period.
We DO NOT make any representations or warranties that Buyers will obtain portfolios. We do not shop any request to brokers and we only do business in an honest and straight forward fashion.
Only our NDNC, LOI, POF, MFA will be submitted to the Seller.
*National OPI also has access to innovative, effective, and profitable REO Portfolio liquidation methods. Let's talk about how we can increase your liquidation(selling) profitability.
